Pride fastpitch started a fall ball team. A big part of it was the high school softball campaign, as the team has been wanting to get high school softball in Cody.  Wyoming is the only state in America that does not have high school softball. At the Rock Springs tournament, softball players brought posters and markers to create signs.  The main theme was, “I can only imagine playing high school softball”.

All the softball players at the tournament made a poster and posted it on facebook and others could do the same thing all over Wyoming to spread awareness. Hundreds of picture started popping up on Facebook, not just from Wyoming.  Girls from Montana are making posters saying, “Let our Wyoming sisters play”. Jessica Mendoza, a retired professional softball player, now working for ESPN, is in contact with Cody Pride Softball, along with television news reporters. The local radio station covered this story. School boards around Wyoming are starting to discuss it due to the campaign.
