Merry Christmas Banner

  • Green and Red Scrapbook Paper
  • Adhesive alphabet letters
  • Scissors
  • Mini clothespins
  • Twine or String

  1. Using Scissors, cut your scrapbook paper into 2.5 x 5 in. rectangles.
  2. Cut a triangle out of the bottom of each paper rectangle using scissors. Make a stencil out of the scrap paper piece you cut out of the first rectangle, to make sure each triangle cut is the same size.
  3. Remove the back from the letters so the adhesive shows and attach to each paper flag. Make sure it spells out what you want it to say.
  4. Cut one long piece (or two medium length pieces)  of twine or string and attach each flag peice with two mini clothespins, make sure you leave equal space between the flags and extra twine or string on each end to hang.

All of these crafts are easy to do and will decorate your house for this Christmas season. Make one of these to pass your time or just to simply have fun, maybe even a present. Merry Christmas!
