There are many benefits of hiking. Hiking can lower your stress levels, reduce the risk for heart disease, lower blood pressure, Improve control over a healthy weight, and improve bone density. We are lucky to live in a place where there are lots of places to hike. In Cody, Beck Lake has some fun trails if you’re looking for an easy hike. Beck lake is located up behind Glendale park. The address is 2401 14th st. Cody Wy. 82414.

Cedar Mountain is another trail that is a little more challenging than the other two. I have hiked it. It’s very beautiful and fun. In order to get there, you have to drive about 1 ½ hour up the south fork. If you’re looking for a more lengthy hike, Dead Trail Indian North would be a great place for you. It’s about a 1 hour and 40-minute drive from Cody. The address is Dead Indian Creek Trail Cody Wy. 82414. Overall Cody is an awesome place to find fun hiking trails to do with friends and family!
