Elvis Presley was a famous rock and roll artist, he became known as the King of rock and roll. . Elvis Presely was Born in Tupelo, Mississippi, to Vernom and Gladys Presley. He had a twin brother but he was a still born so he grew up the only child. He graduated from Hune High School and he frequently attended all-night gospel sings. In 1954 he started his singing career with Sun Records, but it was not an easy ride to get there. With all different types of music mixed together he pushed the world into a new era of Rock and Roll.

To get to Sun Records Elvis went through a very bumpy, and windy road. He had a good start of his career but not for long. He failed an audition for the “Song Fellow” he was told that he couldn’t sing. He soon after started working for Electric Crown company as a truck driver. His friend Ronnie Smith then recommended him to play a few local gigs with him. But Bond rejected him and told him to stick to being a truck driver. Sun records was looking for someone to sing for them and they found Elvis and started recording him. It’s all history from there, became Rock and Roll King and became super famous.
