One way to make it through the 2020 Quarantine (to ward off the Coronavirus) is to move your body!  I have chaperoned enough middle school dances to know you like to move to music.  { I am not going to specify the moving as dancing.} Since almost all of our students have access to online learning, you also have access to Youtube and music channels, right?

So between Spotify, Pandora, Just Dance, Go Noodle, Zumba clips, etc~ well I challenge you to “dance” at least once a day.  One, you will make yourself laugh….err, I mean feel better.  Two, you need to circulate and stretch for clearer mental health while doing all the Google Classroom assignments we send you!  {Remember to hit turn in.}  Three, maybe you will be able to show off the foxtrot, waltz, or polka at our next school dance.
