Hulu

Hulu is a semi-popular TV and movie streaming service, now controlled by Disney. Hulu was created on October 29, 2007, and was launched for public access on March 12th, 2008. Hulu has four subscription levels, basic ($5.99/month), premium ($11.99/month), basic with live tv ($54.99/month), and premium with live tv ($60.99/month). There are 30.4 million subscribers in all but only 3.2 million pay for the live tv package too.  

There are many movie and tv show options on Hulu but the top 5 tv shows watched were Seinfeld, I Love Lucy, Twilight Zone, The Office (U.K), and Pride and Prejudice. The top 5 movies are True Grit, Mother!, Blood Diamond, I, Tonya, and Booksmart. Eighth grader, Mina Hensley does use Hulu. She usually watches two to three episodes daily of either Bob’s Burgers, The Simpsons, or The Outsiders after dinner and before bed.
