Hand Dryers and Towel Dispensers

Fina Blain, Feature

This year the school has new paper towel dispensers, along with new hand dryers. The hand dryers were made by Bradley Corporation. The towel dispensers were made by Kimberly/Clark. These new models replaced the older ones CMS had last year.

The district removed the old hand dryers because they were getting old and tired. The aged towel dispensers were running on batteries. The district was spending a lot of money because of the number of batteries the machines were going through to keep them running.  Students and teachers alike have noticed the new hand dryers are rather loud.  Sometimes, if a classroom is quiet (like during MAP testing), the sound reverberates down the halls and is heard.
