Mrs. Cook has been working at Cody Middle School for 15 years. She helps students that need extra assistance in class. On each day she has 8 classes and between 10 to 20 students to help out.  She usually has crosswalk duty before school starts. In Advisory, she reads or helps students with math homework, then goes mostly to 6th-grade classes. Mrs. Cook helps them mainly in social studies and science. She loves this job the best because when she helps students they can learn the lesson better.

 

In her free time, Mrs. Cook likes to polish rocks, sew, and do woodworking. She has been living in Cody, Wyoming for 33 years. She has been to Yellowstone National Park about 200 times. Her last job was actually substitute teaching for the district. Mrs. Cood lived in Laramie before moving to Cody.
