Red Ribbon Week was last week here at CMS.  The school had 258 participants in the week’s activities.  Tuesday was a coloring contest, “Sock It” to Drugs on Wednesday, and lastly “Rocking it Red” Thursday.  Red Ribbon Week was created after a Drug Enforcement Agency agent was killed in 1985.  The red ribbon is used to bring awareness to the intolerance of drug use.

The winners of the coloring contest were:
Skylee Wright, Keira Jackson and Violet Wollschlager; and staff member Marie Bahr
The winners of the coloring contest names drawn: Madi Lee and Deja Brown.
The drawing winners are:
Skateboard – Luke Talich
Tennis Balls – Tavio
Volleyball – Kassi Hanson
Football – Isaac Ellsbury
T-shirt – Landon Gallagher
